Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist is a key part of our team, working with Management across the organization. You will be responsible for HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding and everything in between. Superior employee relations and sound judgment will help you be a positive force for change, improvement, and an enhanced employee experience.

Platform Accounting Group is a rapidly growing professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. We currently have 28 offices in 11 States with much more growth on the horizon.
What you will do:
Responsible for delivering and administering HR policies, programs, and practices across the organization.
Works closely with HR Leaders, department leaders and employees to improve work relationships, development, and increase productivity and retention.
Support with employee relations, engagement, & retention (career development, coaching, and management skills), leaves of absence.
Responds to a variety of employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
Support performance management practices, investigations, disciplinary matters.
Maintains accurate and detailed human resource files, records, and documentation.
Maintains confidentiality and integrity of employee and organizational information.
What we look for:
3+ years professional experience in Human Resources
Understanding of practices, theories, and policies relating to Human Resources and labor laws
Bachelor's Degree Required
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred or on target to complete in the near future.
Be a self-starter who can take on changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
