This position will be responsible for the effective development, implementation, testing and maintenance of all current and future programming activities at GSC. Requirements:

Conduct all communications with coworkers, customers, prospects, applicants, or residents in a manner consistent with the Company’s Customer Service Program and philosophy.

Manage the corporate intranet content so that it is up to date. The corporate intranet is utilized by all GSC employees for access to information and collaboration between teams.

Provide administrative support to third-party enterprise software including but not limited to Property Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and CRM.

Manage and support projects as assigned by supervisor. This includes maintaining MS 365 SharePoint pages, folders, and permissions.

Develop and maintain custom reports for use by all levels of GSC management.

Maintain current documentation of all relevant information system environments and programming architecture, including workflow drawings and any other pertinent technical information.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Must have programming and development classroom experience.

Advanced diploma or certification(s) are a plus.

Two to four years’ demonstrated experience in performing a full range of computer programming operations, functions, and management of system support tools.

Experienced with designing, building, and maintaining a company Intranet is a plus. Project management experience is also a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive approach to support, maintenance, security and applications.

Ability to create effective support documentation.

Background in using a variety of programming languages, protocols and tools including HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery, SharePoint.

Experience integrating with various database platforms including MSSQL.

Experience with the MRI Residential Management software suite a plus.

Proficiency in using common business software including Microsoft Office 365.

Knowledge of the full development life cycle.
