Our company is offering a $2,500 signing bonus for HVAC Service Technicians who join our team in the month of June! HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding and brazing and mechanical layouts. In addition to this, the HVAC Service Technician is responsible for projects that have the following criteria:Requirements:
HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
· Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer's location.
· Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
· Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
· Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
· Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact.
· Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
· Keeps current all manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
· Provides technical support to customers.
· Regular travel requirements with occasional overnight travel.
· Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
· Be knowledgeable with the products and services offered by LMS and become effective in the sales of those products and services.
· Maintain and submit time recap sheets and service reports for accurate time accounting using proper labor codes to assist in labor utilization and manpower planning.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial HVAC Service Technician
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or 5 years apprenticeship; and one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver’s License
EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification
License preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, etc.)
OSHA 10 preferred

Salary:
$23.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
