Service Valet

Job Description

Service Valets complete various tasks to help a dealership maintain a clear and organized lot, including:

Moving cars between display areas, the shop, storage facilities and customer pickup locations

Driving and handling cars cautiously to protect customer & company property

Keeping track of the location for all cars on the lot by annotating parking location on the key tag

Cleaning and maintaining the interiors and exteriors of vehicles

Performing general clean up on the dealership lot

Completing offsite tasks to assist dealership management

Greeting customers with a smile, checking in their vehicle for service, guiding them to the appropriate advisor for their appointment

Checking cars for scratches or dents and annotating the vehicle condition on the check in sheet/electronically on the provided iPad.

Assisting customers by answering questions or meeting transportation needs

Transporting vehicles to customers' homes or other locations for Servicing purposes

Providing shuttle services as requested
