We are looking to employ a detail-oriented Production Scheduling Manager to create, modify, and manage production schedules. The Schedule Manager’s responsibilities include regularly providing production status updates to management and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers. You should also be able to closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget.

To be successful as a production planner, you should be knowledgeable of material requirements planning and be able to manage production deadlines. Ultimately, an exceptional production planner should demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure that production operations run smoothly.

Production Scheduling Manager Responsibilities:

· Regularly produce and maintain the production schedule for all orders to meet customer demand while maximizing efficient and minimizing costs.

· Review on a regular basis progress of all orders and assess the impact of new jobs on the production schedule and communicating any changes to appropriate parties.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of the production schedule.

· Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.

· Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.

· Monitor and drive required changes to production schedules to ensure that customer service deadlines are met.

· Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.

· Promptly informing the relevant departments of any changes to current production schedules.

· Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

· Proven experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

· Proficiency in production scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
