Available to be on-call for evenings and weekends to support teammates in the field.

Proven experience in management, preferably in a related industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
