Civil Project Manager

We are searching for a Civil Project Manager with experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development Projects.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Rate: $90k - $140k

Job Duties:

Plan, coordinate, and direct a large and important engineering project or several smaller projects with many complex features.

Lead a team of EIT s, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans, exhibits, reports, tables, etc. as may be requested/required by the client.

Be responsible for the daily operations and deliverables that may be necessary for the development of single-family residential and commercial projects.

Analyze project scope, client s RFP, and firm s proposal.

Organize work on a project and set procedures.

Use advanced techniques, theory, precepts, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related sciences and disciplines.

Plan, coordinate, and direct a large and important engineering project or several smaller projects with many complex features.

Interact with the Client and other consultants. Required:

Bachelor s in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineering (PE) is required.

Civil 3D experience

6+ years of Land Development experience

Strong communication skills
