Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:

Report directly to foreman

Perform day to day operations on job sites as instructed

Drive company issued vehicle

Take direction from crew foreman

Install silt fence and super silt fence quickly

Use hand tools (rakes, shovels, broom) as needed

For those with a valid driver's license, drive F-450 Dump Truck with trailer and bobcat or mini (non CDL)

Requirements:

Some construction or landscaping experience

Valid driver's license

Eligible for employment in the United States

Able to submit to a criminal background in order to gain access to secure jobsites

Previous experience with silt fence and erosion controls is a plus

Bobcat and Mini Excavator operating experience is a plus

Reliable transportation to the yard located in Manassas, VA (Transportation can be provided)

Ability to be on time at yard (5:30 am) everyday

Physical Requirements:

Employee must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen.

Other physical requirements include walking, climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Specific vision abilities required by the position include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

Compensation:

Competitive Hourly Rate depending on experience
