New Community Regional Marketing Manager

Mid-Atlantic (Ohio / KY / VA / WVA)

The New Community Regional Marketing Manager plays an important role in the creation and execution of marketing strategies for new communities that drive high quality traffic to the website and community.

Traffic needs to convert to leads and appointments that assist the community and division in achieving sales goals. The candidate will need to convey the Maronda Homes narrative while achieving an optimal customer online experience. The candidate will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.

Reporting directly to the Community Launch Director, the potential candidate must possess extensive expertise in brand development, creative direction, digital marketing, social media campaign management, and traditional marketing methodologies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create marketing plans for opening new communities that build high quality lists of leads through organic and paid advertising.

• Write website copy, emails, scripts, surveys and photo captions. Writing needs to speak to the Target Customer Profile and incorporate SEO while maintaining the brand voice and enhancing the customer’s experience.

• Provide organic marketing plan for Sales Associates to execute locally and provide messaging and feedback to Maronda Homes’ marketing partners.

• Review web traffic, leads, customer surveys and appointment feedback to suggest adjustments based on data.

• Work closely with Operations/Sales/Marketing leadership team to contribute to defining the strategic objectives for new community marketing campaigns and build strong working relationships to deliver as a team.

• Work closely with the Email Marketing Coordinator to ensure email marketing and social campaigns align with new communities and with Maronda Homes’ in-house photographer/videographer to curate content for new communities.

• Conduct general market research to keep updated on marketing trends and competitor’s marketing strategies.

• Review budgets and provide feedback to allocate resources efficiently among projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing in homebuilding or business-related field

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, English/creative writing preferred; or related field; or equivalent experience

• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with creative thinking to write and proofread effective web copy that drives online conversion

• Skilled and proven track record in creating, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans while staying focused on "getting it done" in a complex professional environment.

• Exceptional organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Understand data to measure results, make informed decisions and develop strategy.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.

• Demonstrates a professional approach to collaborate and strategize change within the divisions and Maronda Homes’ business partners.

• Ability to travel up to 25% overnight travel monthly.

• Hybrid work schedule
