Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager - IT.

The Sales Account Manager - IT will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication.

The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
