We are seeking an Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls and direct as appropriate
Dispatch mechanics through the automated field management system
Communicate with customers as necessary
Communicate with field technicians as necessary
Perform all general office tasks and filing as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
