JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Karol Bagh, Delhi.

Overview:

As a front-line sales professional in the Sales Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring coverage of the assigned territory for sales of our Gold jewellery through Company’s authorised / appointed dealers. You will be responsible for day-to-day servicing of the dealers assigned to you. You will be expected to be on the lookout for adding / appointing new dealers under guidance of your immediate superiors in the event that there exists an opportunity for such an action. This position requires a blend of leadership, go-getter attitude, sales expertise, and customer relationship management skills to contribute to overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Progression : Comprehend and follow the laid down process/es, policies and procedures to ensure smooth transactions between Company and Company’s authorised channel partners.

Sales Performance: Plan, Collaborate, Negotiate to achieve sales targets and KPIs by motivating and coaching the Dealer’s sales staff and the Dealer’s key personnel. Monitor key sales metrics, and implement strategies within the Company’s framework to drive sales growth.

Customer Service Excellence: Lead in delivering exceptional customer service to the assigned dealers and channel partners thereby ensuring maximum extraction.

Product Knowledge: Get good understanding of our products and product offerings, including gold jewelry collections, pricing, and promotions, to effectively assist the channel partners and drive sales.

Team Development: Take charge of the sales force that impacts our business in training and developing their competencies, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and cohesive extended / assisted sales team.

Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with laid down policies, procedures, and security measures.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and reporting.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for market coverage, process improvements, customer service enhancements, and operational efficiencies to optimize revenue generation and performance.

Requirements

Experience Required - 3 – 5 Years (FMCG or Jewellery Industry) (B2B)

Any Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred is a plus

Must have experience in FMCG / Consumer products Sales. Preference will be given to candidates from Jewellery background.
