Job Description
We are a leading distributor of electric motors and drives currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of outside sales representatives in the Eastern United States! You will be responsible for overseeing, supporting, and developing this sales team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Make frequent joint sales calls to support team members
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in industrial sales or related field
Strong knowledge of electric motor, variable frequency drive, and/or gearing products
Experience as a supervisor or manager
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clientsCompany Description
