Hiring Experienced Account Executives

Job Description

I’m building a team to help move my company from the Start-Up phase to the Early Disruptor phase. We are seeking experienced sales agents who are looking for somewhere to thrive, with an eye for advancement. Successful team members will have the chance to lead their own team, selling an established product, to a market in desperate need of reputable service.

Base Pay of $55K ($26.50/hr.) with 3-Tier Commission Structure

Unlimited Residuals (10%, 15%, & 20%) for the life of the account.

Upfront Payouts for each account sold (1x, 2x, & 3x)

1x Quarterly Bonuses for hitting 75% of Goal.

Fully Remote with Monthly In-Person Team Meeting

Plenty of Time Off:

PTO: 2 weeks for Tier 1, plus one week for each tier advanced

Monday-Friday with optional off Friday’s

11 Paid Holidays plus Day After Thanksgiving

Optional Christmas Week Off (either unpaid or PTO)

IQCS was established in 2020, with the owner in the industry since 2011. The product is merchant services (aka credit card processing), but we offer a variety of partner services that increase your chances of closing and the profitability of each opportunity.

Your customer base is small and medium-sized B2B companies nationwide, and you can focus on almost any industry. Primary targets are manufacturers and distributors.

Our competitive advantage is our approach. The competition is slash-and-dash; we are consultative. Their focus is on the short-sell with hidden fees and broken promises by untrained agents. We are experts in Interchange. Our approach is about longevity backed by superior service and follow-through. Your biggest hurdle is gaining their trust.

REQUIREMENTS

U.S. Citizenship with Arizona residency

Minimum 2-Years B2B Sales

Minimum 2-Years Phone Sales Experience

Industry Experience NOT required.

College Degree Preferred

Previous Account Executive Experience Preferred

No Fraud-Based Criminal Convictions

Computer with reliable internet and headset

IQCS will provide you with access to leads in your preferred industry. We use HubSpot as our CRM and it has been built for automation with contact sequences, email templates and marketing literature. You will be provided with a company email, VOIP phone, and an MS Teams account. Most importantly, you’ll be trained and supported by the company founder with 13 years’ experience in the industry, who worked their way from the ground up earning nearly $3 million in a decade.Company Description
