Senior Officer, Sales & Service Performance Analyst, Consumer Banking

Business Function:

Group Planning supports the Bank in the origination and execution of key strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, divestments, capital management and other ad-hoc strategic initiatives, to maximize the Bank's financial and competitive position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of key performance metrics and financial data to assess the effectiveness of existing incentive programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and design incentive plans that align with company goals.

Develop and maintain incentive program models, tools, and documentation for accurate tracking and reporting.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of incentive programs, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as needed.

Work closely with HR, Finance, and Sales departments to ensure incentive programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Communicate incentive program details, targets, and performance results to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on incentive program rules, eligibility, and payout calculations.

Requirements:

Bachelor from reputable university majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Have experience with database systems, distributed computing, and big data technologies.

Have an experience for more than a year.
