Top 5 Skills:

- VSphere

- Windows

- JBoss/Websphere install

- WireShark

- Apache

Windows admin:

Vmware experience- setting up Vmware servers

Wireshark to troubleshoot network issues

Add and remove from domain, windows AD experience

Current certs

Get through logs inside of Windows
