Responsibilities:

Leads projects to implement MOL Group’s business strategic initiatives related to IT investments and application developments ensuring delivery according to required standards

Responsible for delivering projects in alignment with business requirements and within defined budget framework and timeline. Responsible to manage and control project scope.

Follows project management methodology and internal IT & PMO related rules, regulations and processes, prepares project management deliverables of individual projects, such as business case and decision support materials, individual project plans, project status reports, project implementation plan etc. and ensure project management deliverables meet required quality criteria.

Manage implementation of complex changes related to strategic IT systems by applying innovative IT solutions and best practices, leads implementation of process changes translated into developments and aligns those changes with identified stakeholders.

Manage project teams from internal IT, business and external partners’ side being responsible for implementation. Coordinates decision making process of related organisations and business areas, as well as involves senior and top level management in relevant decision making procedure and to ensure availability of required resources. Responsible to define risk, issue and escalation management procedures to be applied on the project and to involve management in matrix organisations.

Provide continuous progress analysis to technical specification, budget plan, business and legal requirements and project schedule towards Steering Committee of senior management stakeholders and Group level top management. Cooperates to ensure effective communication through the organisation and to ensure knowledge transfer channels.

Contributes to yearly project planning activities as well as regular and ad-hoc project portfolio reporting towards Group management.

Follow up implementation results, provides input for internal resource and external vendor performance evaluation and proposes new or enhanced processes and procedures. Ensures definition and set up of operation support process for new applications and manages handover of system changes to IT Application Operations organisations.

Requirements:

University/College degree

1-3+ years relevant experience in project work and/or IT area

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Structured thinking and analytical skills

Result orientation, effective time and task management

The ability and willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge and skills,

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

International PM Certificate is an advantage

Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and implementations are advantage

Proactive working style
