Senior Purchasing Specialist - Europe Shift

Your responsibilities

Examine and analyze departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information.

Should be capable of support to meet the team KPI and individual KPI.

Purchasing parts for assembly items, planning and creating WIP jobs in Oracle.

Commercial and technical knowledge in offer evaluations.

Effective negotiation, finalization, and cost optimization

Should be capable of building a relationship with Sales, Engineering, Expediting and other stakeholders.

What you bring

Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management to deliver on client’s expectations.

Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.

Knowledge of any ERP knowledge is a must, the experience in Oracle ERP system will be an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization

Competency with Microsoft Office suiters.

Knowledge of Mining equipment preferred.

Should work in shift (1:00 pm to 10:30 pm).

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed university.

Experience

7 to 10 years of experience in procurement.
