Senior Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced leader with deep expertise in project management and process excellence initiatives. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for implementing project management methodologies, best practices, and tools as well as managing the execution of projects across the organization. Areas of focus include Demand & Capacity Management, Estimating & Planning, Project Execution, Governance & Reporting, and Stakeholder Communication. This role involves a high degree of collaboration with leadership, teams, and external stakeholders to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

Implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to standardize project delivery practices across the organization.

Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.

Provide project management support, guidance, and training to function managers and team members.

Collaborate with executives and department heads to prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and business priorities.

Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to projects based on project requirements and organizational priorities.

Monitor project performance, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality as needed to ensure project success.

Develop and maintain project management dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the BizOps team and across departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is desired.

Proven experience in project management, ideally with experience working within a PMO.

Strong understanding of various project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably Monday.com.

Experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail space is preferred with experience managing a diverse slate of projects.
