Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance

Assist in estimating projects and preparing accurate quotes

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Create Xactimate invoices

Manage job flow

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
