As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring efficient delivery. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Provide exceptional customer service

Data Entry

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus

Flexible schedule with availability for overtime, weekends, and night shifts.

Previous experience in on-demand delivery Dispatch / Courier & Fleet Dispatch preferred.

Tech-savvy, ability to learn and use new software with relative ease.

Strong Geographical knowledge of SFO/SJC/OAK
