ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN Aversan Inc. is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Engineering Technician to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Location: Overland Park, Kansas (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform functions requiring knowledge and use of electronic applications, standards, and document control processes/procedures in support of creating or modifying deliverable.

Provide technical guidance to other engineering technicians.

Responsible for the development site drainage, grading, utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley Microstation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Certificate preferred. Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred.

Must have experience with Autodesk Civil 3D; Autodesk AutoCAD; Bentley MicroStation 2D/3D; Bluebeam.

Experience in the appropriate electronic applications and programs required for performing assignments to include but not limited to CADD or other electronic applications.

Advanced ability to interpret engineering deliverable content as assigned.

Basic knowledge of construction & constructability practices & principles.

Civil 3D experience is required developing complex proposed grading surfaces.

Knowledge of pipe/pressure networks and profiles are a plus.

Surveying knowledge or background is also preferable.
