LOCATION: Green Bay

STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.

SALARY RANGE: $69,344 - $ 74,737.53 per year

*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for Enrollment Services high level functions during the conversion to Workday including degree audit setup, transfer of credit, curriculum modification, financial aid setup and processing, and recruiting and admission reporting.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Analyze admission and enrollment data and State client reporting to ensure accurate data. Facilitate correction of inaccurate data.

Process and enter academic transcripts, grade reports, and other unique enrollment transactions.

Responsible for assisting with Degree Audit yearly setup.

Analyze and input credit for prior learning including transfer of credit.

Develop a wide variety of analytics including queries and reports for data analysis.

Assist with financial aid year setup in Peoplesoft.

Assist with recruiting and admission data creation, analysis, and reporting.

Work with IIT related to system issues, project requests, patch/fix bundles, and regulatory releases.

Collaborate on curriculum with internal staff to minimize and resolve barriers for student registration.

Assist with the curriculum modification process.

Experience: Three years related experience
