Operations Manager

Scafom-rux UK Ltd have an opening for an Operations Manager based at our NEW Hire and Sales operation in LEEDS, this is an opportunity to join a worldwide scaffold manufacturer with a background in client partnership and innovation at the start of these exciting times in the UK & Ireland.

Main Responsibilities: In accordance with corporate responsibility for the business, work effectively as part of the senior management team and take a "whole company" perspective to managing issues.

The job holder has corporate responsibilities which extend across all business areas, and which require the job holder to actively promote best practice throughout the company.

Previous experience in scaffolding Sales Previous experience as Manager in a scaffold environment.

Organise Transport Manage a Yard Operation Must be organised, manage time effectively, able to deliver work on time and of a consistently high standard.

Able to prioritise and manage workload.

Must be IT literate with Microsoft Office and a knowledge of Exact would be an advantage.

Identify critical path issues such as services and ensure plans are in place to meet key dates.

Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Group's Health, Safety & Environment Policy to ensure a safe working environment.

Ensure the Operation runs in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.

Experience Preferred: Temporary Works Coordinator Safety Accreditation Scaffolding Qualification Knowledge of the TG20-21 Knowledge of System Scaffolding Working knowledge of Scaffolding Design Proven ability to manage complex scaffolding works.
