Duties: Establish work schedules & procedures; Supervise, coordinate & schedule duties of restaurant staff; Estimate & order ingredients & supplies; Maintain records of sales, stock, repairs & wastage; Ensure food & service meet established standards; train staff in duties, safety & sanitation.
