What you'll do:

Assist with the purchasing, organization and deployment strategy for all Lakepointe ministry resources including the internal ordering system

Help lead a volunteer team to resource campus teams with material goods required to execute ministry programming for all LP campuses

Manage purchase, organization and deployment of supplies for special events and summer programming

Ensure supplies and resources are organized and returned after each event

Provide campus teams with materials required for implementation of programming developed by Central Ministry teams

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring resources are on time, on budget, well organized and excellent quality

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

High School Diploma

Ministry experience preferred

Purchasing and fulfillment experience preferred

Ability to learn new software and programs

Ability to lead and encourage volunteers

High level of customer service
