Contracting Process Manager

To proactively maintain the Clause Library and Template Factory content of the Modular Contract platform, ensuring that all clauses reflect the current product and functional needs of business, and support our standardization goals.

Responsible

- Coordínate inputs from key stakeholders (including legal, finance, business product owners, product excellence and others) to maintain (i) Clauses in the Modular Contract Clause Library, and (ii) Offer and Contract Templates in the Modular Contract Template Factory

- Maintain these templates to enable Offer and Contract output for all products, and common combinations of products, supporting the Integrator strategy

Maintain Clause Library with high professionalism, proactively drive opportuntiies to standardize clauses whilst maintaing the legal integrity based on cross-functional trigger points

Liaise with PPOs to apply 'test and learn' observations to enhance and evolve the Modular Contract platform tool.

- Maintain alternate clauses within library, with collaboration with Contract Management Team risk levels, in support of non-standard Ts&Cs processes

- Follow process design consistent with LtA standardized definition and corresponding Clause Authoring Principles

- Where applicable, utilize written skills to turn stakeholder requirements into Type II commercial clause language recommendations for legal approval

Coverage of Offer & Contract Templates

Internal and External Customer satisfaction with Offer & Contract content

Consulted:

New product introduction and product revision impact to contracts

Downstream pain points that can be aided by contract clarity
