WE LOVE OUR WORK.:

- General maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machines. - Respond to any machine malfunctions on the casino floor. - Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Provide answers, explanations and rectify problems as appropriate. - Prove a high level of customer service to guests and team members. - Understand and adhere to call company standards, policies and procedures. - Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame. - Projects a positive attitude and image at all times. - Collaborate and work within a team-driven environment. - Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks. - Complete required paperwork in a timely manner. - Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the regulatory, department and company policies. - Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter. - All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

BRING US YOUR BEST.:

- Must be at least 21 years of age - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; Technical or Associates Degree preferred - Minimum 6 months’ customer facing experience - PC proficiency - Technical background preferred - Prior experience within slots/VLT department is a plus - Network troubleshooting experience is a plus
