Position Purpose

Developer with 2-5 years of experience in Object orientated programming with high Aptitude Skills and willing to work on Product Development on Asset Management and Middle Office functions.

Experience developing and implementing software applications

Experience in Securities markets (Trade life cycle) or capital Market would be added advantage

High level of comfort and expertise in any of the Object Oriented programming.

Very Good knowledge of RDBMS

Experience in writing complex SQL queries, Procedures, Packages, Functions and Triggers.

Experience in writing Unix Shell scripting would be added advantage.

Very good in investigating issues and providing solutions

Possess the ability to explain and articulate solutions, and work constructively with others including senior and junior members in the team to implement the same.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

The developer will be required to do significant new developments to keep up with the industry demands, new developments, performance improvements and optimization,

Extensive analysis, Maintenance and bug fixes.

The Developer would report functionally to specific application Team Lead based in Mumbai/London

Is expected to learn about the product and all parts of the system at code level the code that makes it work

Is required to frequently interact (by mail / chat / phone / Video Conference) with business Analysts, other application teams and Testing teams, production support in multiple locations

The developer is expected to take on tasks independently and own them across all stages of the SDLC.
