What you will do
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will perform various mechanical repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for:
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, electrical, packaging, and flexographic printing equipment
Conducting inspections and performing preventative maintenance using digital software applications
Rebuilding rotary equipment, replacing bearings, wire testing, and troubleshooting mechanical components
Maintaining required maintenance records for equipment
Providing best practices to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
Following management quality procedures, including 5S
Maintaining a safe and organized working environment
What you need
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical degree in electrical or mechanics preferred but not required based on experience
5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting preferred
Maintenance experience on flexographic printing presses preferred but not required
3+ years of experience working with pneumatics preferred
Electrical troubleshooting skills for AC/DC and high voltage equipment up to 480V
PLC troubleshooting ability preferred
High attention to detail and organization
Excellent problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital maintenance software schedule
Effective communication skills in person and via email
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
