Position: Senior Accounting Clerk – 6-month Contract

The Company and The Role
A newly established real estate/ property management company is seeking a Senior Accounting Clerk for a 6-month contract, with strong potential to go perm. Reporting to the Controller and CFO, you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL maintenance as well as overseeing accounting transactions performed by an outsourced accounting team. You will perform office administrative duties including assisting with scheduling meetings, coordinating with leasing and lenders as well as handling phone inquiries within a small company environment.
What makes you a fit:
2-3 years of accounting and office management experience
Knowledge of AP/AR, general ledger accounting
Comfortable in a start-up and fast-paced environment
Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
