Coater Operator

$17.00 to $19.00 an hour

Litchfield County, CT

3rd Shift Monday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

What You Will Do as a Coater Operator:

Participate in die changes as scheduled

Perform quality and standard checks

Complete appropriate data sheets as required

Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections

What You Need as a Coater Operator:

Ability to read length measurements, gauges, and meters

Participate in S4 continuous improvement team meetings and projects

Continuous positioning and lifting 25 - 60 pounds

Basic math skills, computer skills, and data entry.

High School Diploma or GED required. Technical school background desirable

Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

What’s In It for You as a Slitter Operator:

Weekly Pay of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Availability to work Overtime on Fridays as needed
