The ideal candidate will have experience with Tag and Title, posting of deals, and handling the dealer exchange process.

Automotive Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables/Receivables.

Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments.

Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations.

Billing out New and Used Car deals.

Reconciling schedules.

Reconciling Warranty, GAP, and maintenance contracts.

Assist in Month End Closing.

Review and process Sales commissions.

Assist with daily duties of accounting team and special projects as necessary.

Automotive Accounting Clerk Job Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Automotive dealership experience: 1 year preferred.

DealerTrack knowledge preferred.

Strong organizational and leadership qualities.

Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills.

Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once.

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
