Responsibilities:

Setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications.

Greeting guests and assisting with seating arrangements.

Serving food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner.

Clearing tables and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the event.

Providing exceptional guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
