Requirements

As our chosen Regional Manager, everyday you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the 10 manufactured housing communities (1,212 total spaces) throughout Colorado. This role is responsible for the general administration and maintenance aspects of the properties; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the communities are always maintained in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. The position requires 30-70% travel and we are looking for a strong LEADER in the state of Colorado!

On a daily, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for overall performance of each manufactured housing community (1,212 total spaces) including resolving tenant concerns, analyzing the budget, policy compliance, and maintaining the facilities

Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, developing, and terminating all on-site personnel.

Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.

Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.

Ensure staff performance

Visit sites and make recommendations for improvements
