Office Assistant
Furst-to-Hire opportunity for an experienced Office Assistant who has strong customer service skills. The Office Assistant will greet customers, answer phones, and take payments. The company is a tax and accounting firm, which also handles titles and licensing, so there will be some cash-handling involved. We are looking for someone to stay and grow with the job.
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri; up to 8pm and Saturday mornings 9am to noon through tax season
Pay: $18.00/hour
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Will use QuickBooks to create invoices and enter payments
Schedule appointments
Track customer information in MS Excel
Answer phones and direct calls
Greet customers in person
Take information from customers for tax drop-off
Office Assistant Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Google calendar
Professional demeanor
Accurate data entry
Attention to detail
