Finance Manager - Real Estate

A leading real estate investment & capital company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a core focus on real estate or property management The ideal canddiate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and decision-making.

Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate external audits and address audit findings.

Treasury and Cash Management:

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

Monitor banking activities and develop cash management strategies.

Minimize financial risks and maximize returns on surplus funds.

Investment Analysis and Decision Support:

Evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations for investment decisions.

Monitor the performance of existing real estate assets and portfolios.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Set clear goals and performance expectations.

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the real estate or property management industry.

Strong understanding of financial principles, investment analysis, and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and financial management software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
