The Role

We seek a dedicated Technical Business Development Engineer to spearhead our business expansion in East Malaysia. The role is pivotal for enhancing our market share and fostering relationships within the geotechnical sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Development

Formulate and execute robust business strategies to promote our range of geotechnical products and solutions.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with government bodies, consultants, and contractors.

3. Market Expansion

Identify and cultivate new partnerships and business opportunities in East Malaysia.

4. Technical Support and Analysis

Provide technical advice and support, ensuring the technical viability of solutions in tender proposals and presentations.

5. Event Representation

Actively represent the company at industry events, including trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

1. Experience

Minimum of 5 years in sales or marketing within the geotechnical industry.

2. Education

Must possess a degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.

3. Skills

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

4. Characteristics

Highly motivated, independent, and resourceful with a proven track record of achieving business growth.

5. Location

Must be willing to be based in Kuching, Sarawak. Sarawakian preferred.
