Will provide inbound and outbound telephony.
Will handle full benefit verification with patient insurance.
Will provide information back to client and document.
Will communicate relevant information to Client Patient Access Service Team (PAS)
Will provide follow up with Specialty Pharmacy (SP) when needed to determine whether or confirm the drug has been delivered.
Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)
Completed a minimum of 2 years in college
1 Plus years healthcare call center. Claims or Health Insurance background preferred.
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude
Ability to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment
