Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our brand with professionalism and warmth.

Build strong rapport with customers, fostering relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Participate actively in training sessions to enhance skills in booking calls and conducting outbound calls effectively.

Adhere strictly to company protocols for resolving customer complaints swiftly and satisfactorily.

Maintain an updated customer database with accurate and comprehensive information to ensure seamless service delivery.
