Chemical Packaging Worker

We are hiring a Chemical Packaging Worker to work in the Greater Atlanta area. Reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a good work ethic are all paramount to be successful. Preferred candidates will have superior eye-hand coordination; good eyesight; better than average physical dexterity and demonstrate attention to detail.

Location

Hapeville, Ga.

1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities of Chemical Packaging Worker

Label and package chemicals according to safe packaging guidelines

Set up compounding equipment used for processing

Perform verification and visual inspections on all raw materials

Ensure quantities, lot numbers, part numbers, are correct before starting batch

Safely utilize material handling equipment and techniques

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Chemical Packaging Worker

High School diploma or GED

1-year experience working in a manufacturing, or warehouse environment

Must be a team player

Must have the ability to multi-task

Must be attentive to detail

Must have better than average reading skills

OSHA 10 certification is a plus

A good mechanical aptitude is a plus

Compensation for Chemical Packaging Worker

$16.00 per hour

Paid weekly
