Reports To: Lead Generation Manager

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time plus incentives Location: Utah

Position Overview:

We seek In- Store and Special Events Lead Generators and Store Associate Trainers to join our Team at Re-Bath! You will be responsible for helping customers and event visitors by providing company and product information and generating leads. This position encompasses but not limited to product education, training, and working with Home Improvement associates to enhance their knowledge of Re-Bath and teach best practices of lead generation and customer engagement. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Full and Part-time positions available working inside Home Improvement Stores and special events throughout the region (when applicable). Must be able to work on weekends.

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.

Must be available on weekends.

Position Responsibilities

Generate Qualified Leads, Teach store associates how to generate leads

Provide a great customer experience

Solve Problems (identify, prioritize, and resolve)

Time Management

Be compliant – (Laws & Regulations, National Accounts, Franchisor, & EOS)

Role Ownership

Responsible asset management

Work safely and maintain a safe working environment

Lead Generator Accountabilities – This position is relied upon to deliver the following:

Lead Generation/Appointments - Done Right (First Time/On Time)

Meet lead goals set by Marketing Manager

Lead generation mastery using scripts, talking points, and techniques.

Set up a table, booth, display, and sample materials in-store or at an event.

Regularly train and roleplay

Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers.

Work with Home Depot and Lowe’s associates to assist them in fully understanding the tremendous benefits of our partnership through training, Product Knowledge (PK) sessions, Specialty Spotlights, etc.

Achieve department & personal rocks & goals

Generate and schedule quality leads that turn into set appointments for our Design Consultants

Paperwork, Communication, and necessary Documentation

Minimum Qualifications

Goal-oriented and performance-based mentality is a plus.

Energetic and engaging/Extremely outgoing, professional and people-loving!

Reliable and flexible.

Ability to build rapport with managers and associates.

Positive and professional demeanor.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Able to pass a background check.

Must be able to manage time efficiently.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle!
