Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant role is remote but you must live in the Northeast for occasional meetings.

This position will maintain accurate and complete fixed asset and commission calculations and reconciliations. This will involve working with Directors of Operations at multiple plants to ensure proper and timely reporting of fixed assets and with Sales VPs to ensure commission calculations agree to executed contracts. This position will be involved in general tax compliance for Sales & Use and unclaimed property. This position will also assist with testing for future ERP implementation. Various account reconciliation responsibilities and ad-hoc projects will also be provided.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting required with 1+ years of accounting experience

Manufacturing experience preferred

Oracle ERP experience preferred

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Ability to multi-task
