This role is responsible for managing the external reporting documents, financial statements, provide technical accounting guidance, and assist with the implementation of new SEC rules. Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in accounting/Finance, CPA required

7+ Years experience at large firm or combination of public and industry

Strong understanding of GAAP, technical accounting research and writing skills

Salary 140-160k.
