Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with an amazing, Oklahoma-local company that is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. This organization focuses on making a difference in the community while leading the way within their industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and implements quality strategies to enhance supplier performance.

Participates in new initiatives regarding suppliers.

Leads supplier development strategy and performance metrics.

Monitor and ensures effective supplier quality manufacturing processes.

Manages and coaches a high-performing team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Quality Assurance Manager:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related required

10+ years of manufacturing experience, oil and gas preferred

5+ years of leadership experience in engineer

Lean Six Sigma, CQE, CQM, etc certifications preferred

Working knowledge of RCFA and FMEA

Salary of Quality Assurance Manager: $100,000 - 115,000 depending on experience. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus along with a managerial bonus.

The Quality Assurance Manager position is a hybrid opportunity to Oklahoma City.
