Northwest Medical Group, a member of Northwest Health Network, has an opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner to join a busy Oncology practice in Valparaiso. Oncology experience as NP or RN required. Strong clinical background preferred.

Details of the position include:

Outpatient practice - Triage and symptom management

Follow up on lab and other diagnostic testing

Infusion center and radiation oncology on site

Strong nurse navigator, tumor board and support processes established

Work as integral member of the cancer care team

Collaborative relationship with oncologist

Clinic located on hospital campus

Strong primary care referral base
