Description:

We offer steel fabrication and Handrail services for domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings.

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks based on project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG) based on project specifications and materials.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine the requirements and methods for fabrication.

Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, fitting, and welding components.

Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Providing support to lead installers by performing tasks such as drilling, cutting, fastening, and assembling components according to project requirements.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects within deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environment.

Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG) and the ability to work with different materials (e.g., steel, aluminum).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.

Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and environments (e.g., standing, bending, confined spaces).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with welding equipment.

Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that may require working in various environments, including workshops, manufacturing plants, construction sites, or outdoor locations.

Occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines or production schedules.
