Unit Description:
Sodexo has a new opening for a Human Resource Systems Support Representative to join our team.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere within the United States.
Please note, this is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months.
The position will primarily be responsible for day-to-day customer service operation of Sodexo’s Human Resources systems through email The incumbent will document and track internal and external interactions as well as escalate system issues to appropriate stakeholders. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing customer support of the Human Resources systems which includes, responding to all system end-users and escalates issues to Tier 2 (internal & external) for resolution as needed. Serving as an escalation point for end-user questions received from Tier 0 call centers.
Managing Program Administration within HR systems and performing system data entry to support account management (i.e. training logistics, system set-up, job audits, etc.)
Case management

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Strong computer knowledge and navigation with solid data entry skills
Ability to handle high volume customer inquiries; case management experience preferred
Excellent customer service
Solid communication skills
Strong organization skills
Bilingual English/Spanish or French highly desired
