Job Description: Regional Service Manager- West
To ensure technical resolution of concerns and enhancements by adhering to standard operating procedure for first time fix and to give faster resolution to the customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing area managers thereby ensuring all the systems and process at the dealership level is maintained
Ensure dealership profitability by providing best service and approaching maximum customers
Ensure to achieve the business parameters based on target. Manpower management at regional team level to enhance their role clarity to improve their efficiency.
