Job Title: Utility Executive/Electrician Company: Gopani Product System Pvt Ltd Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Overview: Gopani Product System Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Utility Executive/Electrician to join our team at our Gandhinagar location.

The Utility Executive/Electrician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of utility systems to support manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on utility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other related systems to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with utility systems, including electrical circuits, motors, pumps, and control systems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for utility equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance and repair tasks, and actively promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts to facilitate efficient operations and budget planning.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including production and engineering, to coordinate maintenance activities and support ongoing projects as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in utility operations, and actively participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Requirements: Education: Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of utility systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair, with knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and instrumentation.

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and compressed air systems is desirable.

Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical personnel.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
